Microglie et maladie d'Alzheimer

La maladie d'Alzheimer est une maladie neurodégénérative caractérisée par l'agrégation de bêta‐amyloïde (amyloïde β ou Aβ) dans les plaques extracellulaires et par l’hyperphosphorylation de la protéine tau dans les enchevêtrements neurofibrillaires intracellulaires. De nombreuses autres protéines sont également associées à cette pathologie.
